Selection

Either be selected or (volunteer), 3–5 participants will be recruit as representatives of respective community or schools under the programme. 
 
 
   
 

Training of trainers
 
Selected participants will undergo training session to equip them with river knowledge

  • Integrated River Basin Management
  • River Water Quality Monitoring (Physical, Chemical, Biological)
  • Best management practice 
   
 

Implementation
 
After training, trained participants are responsible to educate their respective group (local community, schools, business group) on water conservation, water resource management and solid waste management and to establish a committee whereby they will initiate conservation programme. 

  • Initiate sustainable wastewater and solid waste management system
  • Establish their own resource management activities/plans 

After the training programme, local community/school/business group can initiate their own environment programme related to river conservation and solid waste management with consultation from our project officer.

Below are examples of environment programme, you may come out with creative and feasible ideas to improve your surrounding environment!
